x. is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.
C. In case of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, The Capital Quest shall have the right to terminate the access or usage rights of the user to the website or remove such non-compliant information from the website if such data has been uploaded by the user or both, as the case may be.
